Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Jewelry Designer role based in the Pune Division, with some flexibility for work-from-home.

The Jewelry

Designer will create original jewelry concepts, develop sketches and technical drawings, and convert ideas into detailed design specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and production teams, researching market trends and customer preferences, and preparing design proposals for new collections. The role involves working with CAD tools, refining prototypes, ensuring designs align with brand standards,



and supporting quality control during manufacturing.

The Jewelry

Designer will also participate in design reviews, contribute to merchandising decisions, and maintain organized digital and physical design files.

Qualifications

- Strong Jewelry Design skills with the ability to create original and marketable concepts.
- Proficiency in Drawing and sketching for translating ideas into clear visual designs.
- Experience in Fashion Jewelry and Product Design, with an understanding of materials, finishes, and consumer trends.
- Hands-on ability with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for detailed technical drawings and 3D modeling.
- Attention to detail, color sense, and an understanding of ergonomics and wearability.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Relevant diploma or degree in jewelry design, product design, fashion design, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in jewelry manufacturing, retail, or a design studio is an advantage.
