Location: Bangalore

Rate: 1,400/Hour

Notice Period: Immediate to Short Notice Joiners Preferred

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Jenkins Platform Administrator to manage and support enterprise Jenkins environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, performance, and operational stability in a 24x7 production environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Jenkins administration and production support, including library and system updates.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across systems, networks, and applications.
- Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent resolutions.
- Monitor systems proactively and respond to alerts and outages.
- Automate operational activities using scripting and relevant tools.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
- Maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
- Execute operational tasks based on established runbooks and processes.




- Escalate complex issues to appropriate senior technical teams.

Must-Have Skills 5+ years of experience in Jenkins Administration / Production Support

Solid hands-on Jenkins troubleshooting experience

Strong problem-solving and RCA capabilities

Experience handling production incidents and critical issues

Experience supporting enterprise environments

Good understanding of system/application troubleshooting

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Automation/Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, or similar tools
- Experience with enterprise monitoring tools
- Relevant technical certifications
- Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD environments

Red Flags No real-world production incident handling experience

Unable to clearly explain troubleshooting and RCA approaches

No hands-on experience with Jenkins/platform administration
