Gurugram

Zavya is building its in-house design capability. We are looking for a designer who can create commercially strong, trend-led, lightweight silver jewellery for daily wear, gifting, and occasion-led collections — and who judges a design by whether it sells, not only by how it looks.

What You'll Own

- Design across categories - earrings, rings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and gifting sets.
- Translate Zavya's brand language - modern, wearable, premium, lightweight into production-ready concepts.
- Track trends across jewellery brands, fashion, social media, marketplaces, and quick commerce, and convert them into design direction.
- Build sketches, moodboards, references, and product briefs for CAD and sampling teams.
- Own seasonal and category collections: Rakhi, Valentine's Day, festive gifting, and daily-wear launches.
- Review samples and drive corrections on detailing, proportion, weight, and finish.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of jewellery design experience with a portfolio you can walk us through.
- Robust grip on motifs, stones, finishes, proportions, and what a customer actually wears.
- Ability to design within weight, costing, and production constraints — not around them.
- Experience in silver or fashion jewellery, D2C brands, export houses, or organised jewellery retail.
- Comfortable working closely with CAD, merchandising, buying, and vendor teams.

How Success Is Measured

· Commercial performance of new designs

· Sample-to-launch conversion

· Design correction TAT

· Weight and production feasibility

· Contribution to new category expansion

Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Please attach or link your work.
