Position Overview We are hiring a nan Jenkins Platform Admin within the Automation & DevOps domain.

This role is responsible for Jenkins Admin/Support including Library and System updates, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems in a 24x7 environment. Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibility: Jenkins Admin/Support including Library and System updates

Perform advanced troubleshooting across systems, networks, or applications

Lead or support incident, problem, and change management processes Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes

Proactively monitor and respond to alerts and outages

Automate operational tasks using scripting/tools where applicable

Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery standards

Maintain SOPs,



knowledge base, and documentation Technical Skills & Tools Required tools/technologies: nan Strong troubleshooting skills, monitoring tools expertise, and automation capability expected.
