The JEE Physics Tutor will deliver high-quality, concept-focused instruction to students preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination, with an emphasis on problem-solving and exam strategies. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves planning and conducting classroom sessions, creating and reviewing assignments, test papers, and practice problems aligned with JEE patterns. The tutor will monitor student performance, provide individualized doubt-clearing, and offer regular feedback to learners and guardians as needed.

The role also includes collaborating with academic coordinators to refine teaching materials, staying updated with changes in JEE exam trends,



and participating in internal training or academic review meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong command of core Physics concepts relevant to JEE, including mechanics, electricity and magnetism, optics, modern physics, and thermodynamics.
- Proficiency in JEE-style problem-solving, numerical methods, and exam-oriented strategies for high-stakes competitive tests.
- Effective teaching, mentoring, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Curriculum planning and assessment skills, including experience designing practice problems, tests, and structured study plans for JEE preparation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain professional interaction with students and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience teaching JEE or other competitive exam Physics (online or in-person) is highly preferred.
- Comfort with basic educational technology tools (presentation software, online test platforms, digital content sharing) and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru, maintain punctuality, and meet academic schedules and deadlines.

Working Days: 6 Days per week Package: 10-30LPA (Based on results and previous experience)**
