Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of high-performance trading systems, including algorithmic trading platforms and electronic trading systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy complex financial applications using Java-based technologies such as Spring Boot.

- Ensure low latency execution of trades by optimizing system performance through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.

- Provide technical guidance to junior team members on best practices for software development in an investment banking setting.

Job Requirements :

- 12-24 years of experience in equity trading, derivatives trading, or related fields within investment banking or venture capital industries.

- Strong understanding of algorithmic trading strategies and their implementation using various programming languages (e.g., C++, Python).

- Experience with microservices architecture design principles and implementation using frameworks like Hibernate or similar technologies.

- Proficiency in developing scalable applications using Java-based frameworks like Spring Boot.
