Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead (Java) to lead the design, development, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-grade software solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for technical leadership, solution architecture, code quality governance, project execution, stakeholder management, and mentoring development teams while ensuring successful delivery within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Architecture & Solution Design

- Analyze business requirements, system flows, and customer needs to design scalable enterprise solutions.
- Prepare and review Software Design Documents (SDD), architecture diagrams, system blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Develop solution prototypes and define system architecture aligned with customer requirements.
- Create flowcharts, technical layouts, process diagrams, and integration specifications.
- Ensure solution designs adhere to enterprise architecture and industry best practices.

1. Development & Code Governance





- Lead application development using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Participate in low-level design, coding, code reviews, and technical walkthroughs.
- Enforce coding standards and development best practices across the team.
- Ensure user interfaces comply with usability and UX standards.
- Manage database design, query optimization, stored procedures, functions, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes for development bottlenecks.

1. Quality Assurance & Testing

- Drive unit testing, system testing, integration testing, negative testing, and UAT activities.
- Review and validate test plans, test cases, and quality deliverables.
- Perform application log analysis and database performance tuning.
- Support customer demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
- Prepare deployment guides, release notes, installation manuals, and project documentation.

1. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Allocate tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with customers, business teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct technical reviews and guide team members on complex development challenges.
- Support hiring, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives.
- Drive a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.

Educational Qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech (Computer Science / Information Technology)
- MCA / M.Tech
- Or equivalent technical degree from a reputed institution
