? Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Java Server-Side Concurrent Programming
- Expertise in Spring Boot / Core Spring
- Experience with MQ / Kafka and message-based architectures
- Good understanding of Kubernetes and modern orchestration
- Strong database knowledge with ability to write complex SQL queries
- Unix/Linux scripting using Shell / Python
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to understand the business domain supported by applications
- Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude, Amp, Deep Search, or similar tools to accelerate the SDLC while maintaining strong engineering judgment and code quality
