: Java/MicroServices/Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQL/DevOps-SDET – Senior Test Lead/Associate Architect/Architect (Exp: 8+ Yrs to 12 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Automation Lead / QA Automation Architect to join the dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, including Strong Java, REST API testing, microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ or SQS, PostgreSQL/MySQL, CI/CD and version control, Docker, risk-based testing. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Experience should have 8+ Years to 12 years of QA automation by using Java SDET practices.
- QA automation / SDET roles, with meaningful time on backend and API automation.
- Strong Java — collections, concurrency basics, OOP and design patterns, clean code, and the ability to review and debug application code, JVM latest version and features.
- Proven experience testing in a microservices architecture — understanding of service boundaries, sync vs async communication, eventual consistency, retries and idempotency.
- Proven experience testing API-driven, event-driven, and data integration solutions (RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS) in Java-based environments.
- Solid experience with automated testing frameworks and test tooling (Testcontainers, Kafka test utilities).
- Understanding of security and data governance considerations in integrations (data privacy,



encryption, access controls).
- Experience validating REST APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML, Avro) with schema evolution.
- SQL proficiency and comfort validating state across relational stores (PostgreSQL/MySQL); exposure to NoSQL (Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Understanding of security and data governance considerations in integrations (data privacy, encryption, access controls).
- CI/CD and version control: Git, branching strategy, pipeline configuration, containerized test execution with Docker.
- Solid grounding in test strategy: risk-based testing, the test pyramid, shift-left practices, and knowing what not to automate.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset in Agile teams.
- Domain: Transportation, mobility, logistics, ride-hailing or travel-tech domain experience — dispatch, geospatial data, ETAs, surge/dynamic pricing, driver supply, fleet operations.
- Good to Have: Hands-on exposure to AWS cloud services for executing, monitoring, and supporting automated QA test environments and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills, team player and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline.
- Very good written and oral communication skills.
