Jshine Souk Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences, budget, and occasion.
- Provide detailed information about jewellery collections, designs, gemstones, diamond quality, certifications, and pricing.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery trends,
product knowledge, and industry standards.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in jewellery sales or luxury retail (6Month to 1+ year preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
