About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise application development while ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, solutioning expertise, and the ability to guide development teams in delivering scalable and high-performing applications.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
- Participate in solution design and technical discussions.
- Design and implement Microservices-based applications.
- Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces using ReactJS.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and Web Services.
- Resolve technical dependencies and support project delivery.
- Guide and mentor team members on technical implementation.
- Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Support CI/CD and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Participate in performance optimization and unit testing activities.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC processes across all phases of software development.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java 1.8.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and implementation.
- Experience in designing and developing applications using ReactJS.
- Robust experience with REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Web Services.
- Experience with JUnit and Unit Testing.




- Strong understanding of SDLC and software development best practices.
- Exposure to Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, Route 53, SNS, and SQS.
- Exposure to Kafka.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as Splunk.
- Ability to participate in solutioning activities and resolve dependencies.
- Experience guiding and mentoring team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
