Java Backend Developer (Only candidate from Tamil Nadu)

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications and microservices. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with architecture, development, performance optimization, cloud deployment, and production troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend applications, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Build high-throughput and fault-tolerant services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
- Develop and optimize multithreaded and concurrent applications.
- Design data models and optimize queries across SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Build event-driven systems using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve performance, latency, concurrency, and memory issues in production.
- Deploy and manage applications using AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and engineering best practices.




- Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable, long-term solutions.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
- Strong expertise in Core Java 11/17+, OOP, Collections, Streams, JVM, and concurrency.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.
- Robust database knowledge: PostgreSQL/MySQL; exposure to MongoDB/DynamoDB.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Production experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
- Understanding of CI/CD and Git-based development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Preferred

- Experience with distributed systems and high-availability architectures.
- Experience with JVM tuning and application performance optimization.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
