Job Title: Java Architect / Senior Java Lead

Experience: 7-13 Years (Mandatory)

We are looking for a highly skilled Java Architect / Senior Java Lead with strong expertise in enterprise application development, cloud architecture, application modernization, and solution design.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java technologies, cloud platforms, and client-facing solutioning engagements. We are specifically looking for professionals with stable career progression, strong technical leadership capabilities, and a solid educational background.

Note: Candidates with frequent job changes, significant education gaps, or employment gaps may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-scale applications using Java and Microservices architecture.
- Lead development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive cloud transformation, migration, and application modernization initiatives.
- Participate in solutioning, pre-sales discussions, estimations, and technical proposal preparation.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to define technology roadmaps.
- Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.
- Review code, design documents, and technical deliverables to ensure quality and scalability.
- Mentor and guide developers, leads, and technical teams.

Mandatory Requirements

- Overall experience between 7 and 13 years only
- Cloud Certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience delivering cloud-based projects
- Strong experience in Application Migration, Transformation, and Modernization
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Solutioning, and Client Interactions
- Hands-on Architecture and Design experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Added Advantage
- Onsite experience working directly with global clients and stakeholders
- Experience handling customer-facing architecture discussions
- Exposure to enterprise digital transformation programs

Educational Qualification

- BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MCA from a recognized institution
- Strong academic background preferred
- No significant education gaps
