A solid understanding of database management, both SQL and NoSQL, along with knowledge of automation tools like AWS Transform Custom (ATX), will be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities The Associate Architect will be responsible for leading technical activities across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include engaging with clients for project briefing, consultation, and review meetings to understand their technical needs and expectations. The role involves supporting the design, development, enhancement, and modernization of enterprise Java applications, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions. Managing customer demands effectively to maximize satisfaction and maintaining high standards of quality are vital components of this position.
You will assist in negotiating project scope and specifications, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project goals. Supervising activities between internal and external resources, facilitating smooth workflow, and ensuring timely delivery are essential duties. The role also requires evaluating project data for accuracy, setting project targets, and mentoring team members to foster their professional growth.
Staying updated with current industry practices, emerging trends, and new technologies will help enhance service standards and delivery efficiency.
Additionally,
the Associate Architect will review customer technical demands, helping internal teams and clients identify the best approaches for deployment, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
