- Raise queries and seek resolution from different stakeholders
- Seek review from peer / senior developer periodically
- Ensure the applications are performing at their best
- Mentor and guide the junior members of the team

Job requirements

- Any degree with 4 - 7 years of experience in Java / J2EE technologies
- Strong in OOPS concepts
- Hands-on experience in MVC frameworks like Spring and Struts (a minimum of one framework experience is mandatory)
- Experienced with Eclipse or NetBeans
- Experience in any database and/ or ORM framework (Hibernate)
- Familiar with agile methodologies
- Experience in any one of the SCM tools and automated unit testing

You will be a valuable fit for the role if you have:

- Knowledge and understanding of various design patterns and principles
- Knowledge and understanding of multiple data structures and algorithms
- Experience in any of the CI/CD platforms
