Role Description The IVF – Operations Manager (Lucknow & Kanpur) is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across the assigned fertility centers. This role includes managing patient flow, coordinating with medical and nursing staff, and ensuring efficient scheduling of consultations and procedures.

The Operations

Manager will monitor service quality, handle operational issues, and support adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. Additional responsibilities include supervising non-clinical staff, overseeing administrative processes, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to process improvements that enhance patient experience and clinic performance. The role involves regular reporting to senior management,



collaborating on strategic initiatives, and maintaining explicit communication with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including clinic workflow planning, process optimization, and resource allocation.
- Experience supervising cross-functional teams, with capabilities in staff coordination, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of healthcare or fertility center practices, with awareness of regulatory and quality standards in clinical settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and medical professionals.
- Ability to work on-site across locations (Lucknow & Kanpur), with flexibility to manage multiple centers and shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications in hospital or clinic administration are an advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care.
