We are hiring a IT System Support Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure Support, End-User Support, Networking, and System Administration. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system security and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop support, laptop troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.

- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and enterprise applications.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.

- Support LAN/WAN networking, VPN, remote access, and IP telephony.

- Manage IT assets, inventory, and lifecycle tracking.

- Handle printer support, CCTV systems, and end-user technical issues.

- Perform patch management, antivirus updates, and system security compliance.

- Monitor system performance, logs, and proactively identify issues.

- Provide technical support to users and resolve tickets within SLA.
