Hiring: IT Support & Asset Technician

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support & Asset Technician to join our IT team and provide reliable technical support while managing the organization's IT assets.

Location: Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–2 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, tagging, allocation, and return records.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, Wi-Fi, LAN, and printer-related issues.
- Install and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security updates.
- Assist with user access management, NAS/shared storage, and data backups.
- Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for equipment repairs and support services.




- Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with IT security policies.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Positive knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge is an added advantage.
