- Positive knowledge of both hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Working knowledge of Windows, networking, LAN/Wi-Fi, printers, and basic server administration.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, backups, and IT security.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT support.
