Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile IT & Web Development Engineer with robust web development skills and hands-on knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting. The candidate should be comfortable developing and maintaining web applications while supporting IT systems, cloud platforms, email migrations, and client technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites and web applications.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, server-side programming, databases, APIs, and integrations.
- Provide technical support for Windows and Linux systems.
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and general IT-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace setup and email/data migration.
- Assist with cloud and server migration projects, including Microsoft Azure.
- Handle DNS and email configurations such as MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Visit client sites for technical support and issue resolution when required.
- Understand client requirements and provide practical technical solutions.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills

- Strong Web Development and Programming skills – Mandatory




- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and server-side technologies
- Experience with databases, APIs and web application troubleshooting
- Hands-on knowledge of Windows and Linux
- Basic to good understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of DNS, networking and email configurations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle client-site technical issues

Good to Have

- Experience with Python, PHP, Django, FastAPI, React, or similar technologies
- Knowledge of Azure VM, VMware, Hyper-V, cloud migration, and virtualization
- Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or automation tools
- Knowledge of networking, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and NAS
- Experience with CCTV/IP cameras, NVRs, access control, or related IT systems

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a hands-on and technically curious professional who can manage web development as a core responsibility while also handling IT troubleshooting, cloud/email migration, networking, and client technical support.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
