We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day workplace IT operations, user support, devices, Microsoft 365, network, Wi-Fi, and meeting room technology.

Key Responsibilities

- User onboarding/offboarding, account creation, access activation/deactivation.
- Manage Microsoft 365 administration & licensing, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Configure and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, applications, printers and peripherals.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet, VPN, DNS/DHCP and basic network troubleshooting.
- Setup and troubleshoot Video Conferencing / meeting room systems, cameras, microphones, displays, etc.
- Manage IT assets, allocation, inventory, returns and replacements.
- Handle software installation, system configuration and security updates.
- Coordinate with vendors/ISP for hardware, network and service issues.
- Maintain IT documentation and support records.
