? WE ARE HIRING | IT FACULTY ?

We are looking for an experienced and passionate IT Faculty to join our team for a Skill Development Government Project.

? Location: Behala, Kolkata

? Position: IT Faculty

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Experience: 1–3 Years

? Key Requirements:

✅ Experience as an IT Faculty/Computer Instructor in Government Skill Development Projects

✅ Experience with PMKVY, NSDC, State Skill Development Missions, WBSDM, Utkarsh Bangla, or similar projects will be preferred

✅ Robust knowledge of Computer Fundamentals, MS Office, Internet Applications, Digital Literacy, and Basic IT Concepts

✅ Good knowledge of programming and web development concepts

✅ Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic coding practices

✅ Ability to teach students practical IT and web development skills

✅ Candidates with knowledge of Graphic Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar software are also encouraged to apply

✅ Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

✅ Experience in conducting assessments, examinations, and performance evaluations

✅ Ability to maintain attendance records, training documentation, batch reports, and project-related records

✅ Knowledge of government project compliance and training guidelines will be an added advantage





? Roles & Responsibilities:

- Deliver training sessions as per the approved curriculum and project guidelines
- Conduct practical and theoretical classes in IT, Computer Applications, and Web Development
- Train students in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Digital Literacy, and other IT-related subjects
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress
- Maintain all training-related documentation and reports
- Coordinate with project teams for assessments, certifications, and audits
- Guide and mentor students for skill development and employability
- Ensure quality training delivery and successful batch completion

? Additional Preference:

✔️ Knowledge of Graphic Design and Multimedia Tools will be an added advantage

✔️ Candidates capable of teaching both Coding and Graphics-related subjects will be highly preferred

✔️ Experience in Government-funded Skill Development Projects will be given preference
