Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Sales role based in Lucknow. The IT Sales professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and manage client accounts for the company’s software and digital solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, following up on inquiries,



negotiating contracts, and meeting defined sales targets. The individual will also contribute to market research and participate in sales planning activities.

Qualifications

- Strong IT Sales and Information Technology knowledge to effectively present and position software and digital solutions.
- Lead Generation and Account Management skills to build and sustain a quality sales pipeline and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, negotiations, and internal coordination.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Relevant experience in B2B software or IT services sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Solid interpersonal skills, professional work ethic, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
