About the Role

JachOOs Technologies is looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Sales Manager to drive business growth, generate quality leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Mandatory: Candidates must have proven IT sales experience in the UAE, UK, and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate quality leads independently through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify and approach potential clients across the UAE, UK, and US markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate with prospects and successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Regularly track and report sales performance and progress against targets.
- Contribute to the overall growth and revenue generation of the Company.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in IT Sales / B2B IT Sales.
- Mandatory experience in UAE, UK, and US markets.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently
- Experience in achieving monthly sales/revenue targets.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, follow-up, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship-management skills.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Ability to handle international clients independently.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools will be an advantage.
