Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented IT Sales Executive who can handle field sales, door-to-door client visits, and in-person meetings. The candidate should be confident in approaching new clients, generating leads, presenting IT services, and converting prospects into customers. The candidate must have their own bike/two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for local client visits.

Role & Responsibilities

- Generate recent business through field sales, door-to-door visits, cold calling, email, and other channels.
- Visit potential clients and conduct face-to-face meetings to understand their requirements.
- Present and explain IT products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads through field visits and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
- Negotiate with clients, handle objections, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare suitable solutions and proposals.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in IT Sales, Field Sales, or Business Development.
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and in-person client meetings.
- Own bike/two-wheeler is mandatory for field sales and client visits.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, or related services.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

Good incentives will be provided for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
