Position: IT Recruitment

: We are seeking an experienced and agile Team Lead, IT Recruitment, to oversee and manage the end-to-end IT hiring process.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategising, leading, and executing recruitment operations, ensuring that top IT talent is sourced, engaged, and onboarded efficiently.

This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of IT recruitment, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen and shortlist profiles as per client expectations.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to achieve hiring targets.

Required Skills:

1. Should have worked for a minimum of 5 years as a recruiter
2. Work on C2H /FTE
3. Experience working with large clients (please mention client names in your CV)
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills
5. Must have handled various technology stacks (mentioned in CV)
6.



Technically sound with proven recruitment success
7. Able to work independently
