Role Description The IT Recruiter (Upto 15K / Target Based) role is a full time remote position responsible for managing the complete recruitment life cycle for IT roles. Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks; screening resumes and conducting initial interviews; and coordinating interviews with clients.

The IT Recruiter will maintain candidate databases, provide timely updates to both clients and applicants, and ensure a positive recruitment experience. The role also involves meeting hiring targets, collaborating with internal teams to understand technical role requirements, and preparing reports on recruitment progress and performance.

Qualifications

- Strong IT recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing for technical roles.




- Experience using job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) for talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of common IT roles, technologies, and industry trends to assess candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and coordinating with clients.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet target-based goals.
- Comfort working remotely with basic technical proficiency in applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools.
- Prior experience in agency or corporate recruitment is preferred; experience with target-based roles is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
