About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals based on business and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of IT roles, strong communication skills, excellent sourcing abilities, and the capability to manage the recruitment process from initial screening to offer closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements and technical skill sets for various IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening interviews.
- Assess candidates' experience, technical exposure, communication skills, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer and joining process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
- Stay updated on current IT skills, technologies, job-market trends, and sourcing techniques.




- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of common IT roles and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Good knowledge of Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills.
- Positive negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience hiring profiles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Developers, Data Analysts, and other IT professionals will be preferred.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and differentiate relevant candidates from non-relevant profiles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
