Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.

- Coordinate interviews between clients (hiring managers) and potential candidates.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in technical recruitment or end-to-end recruitment.

- Strong understanding of IT hiring, IT sourcing, IT staffing, and technical hiring processes.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients and candidates.
