Key Responsibilities

Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

Schedule and coordinate interviews using Outlook and Microsoft Teams

Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment data, and basic reports in Excel

Communicate professionally with candidates via email and phone

Required Skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, filters, formatting, simple formulas)

Proficiency in Outlook (email drafting, calendar management)

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for interviews and internal communication

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Solid willingness to learn IT recruitment tools and hiring processes.

Assist the HR team with offer rollouts, onboarding coordination, and documentation

Track recruitment progress and maintain well-organized records

Collaborate with team members to meet hiring timelines and targets
