Position: IT Recruiter

Weekly Off: 01 day (working Monday to Saturday)

Work From Office Only

Job Summary: Can you help us recruit the best candidate? If yes, we have an excellent opportunity for you. Currently hiring for an IT Recruiter with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Screening resumes.
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Designing and updating job descriptions.
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels. (Indeed, LinkedIn, Referrals, walk-ins, etc)
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Contact Colleges' Placement Centres for conducting college placements.
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.

Key Skills: Communication skills, multitasking, Negotiation, Human Resources, e-commerce, Digital Marketing

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Commerce or Management.
- Must be an all-rounder.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment.




- Proficient in using MS Office especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal both).
- Enthusiasm for e-world and optimisation.
- Good knowledge of computers and the internet.
- Valuable Research and convincing Skills.
- Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere.
- Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
