- Lead end-to-end IT/OT integration and digital transformation programs in manufacturing environments.

- Partner with business, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams for requirements, use cases, and solution roadmaps.

- Manage IT/OT architecture, OT networks, system interfaces, and OT-to-IT data flows.

- Drive Level 2 integration across OT systems, enterprise applications, and integration platforms.

- Manage program governance, risks, timelines, vendors, and global teams.

- Lead client workshops, design reviews, steering committees, and executive communications.

- Ensure cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, CSV, and GxP compliance.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years in IT/OT Integration, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing IT, or Digital Transformation.





- Solid knowledge of IT/OT Architecture, OT Networks, OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus.

- Experience with MES, SCADA, Historian, LIMS, ERP, and Enterprise Data Platforms.

- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and program delivery experience.

- Experience managing global teams and multi-vendor engagements.

- Pharma/Life Sciences/Manufacturing experience preferred.

- Knowledge of CSV, GxP, and regulated manufacturing preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Automation/Instrumentation/Computer Science or related field.
