Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee IT asset management, including software licensing, hardware maintenance, and inventory tracking.
- Provide technical leadership to junior team members on IT support and administration tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT security, data protection, and disaster recovery.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in IT operations management or a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of IT administration, asset management, hardware installation/maintenance/troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in license management (software licensing) and software compliance (legal).
- Experience with IT networking protocols (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), database management systems.
