Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented IT Operations & Technology Specialist to provide daily technology support across our India offices. You will work closely with the Global IT team and IT Operations & Technology Lead to help employees use devices, office technology, design applications and approved AI tools effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide timely, friendly first-line support to employees in person and remotely, ensuring all teams receive the same high standard of service.
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, printers and meeting-room technology.
- Support onboarding and offboarding, including device allocation, software installation, access requests and asset recovery.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Wi-Fi, VPN and everyday office IT issues.




- Provide first-level support for approved design and project-delivery applications; coordinate complex issues with Global IT, vendors or specialist support teams.
- Maintain accurate IT asset and software-licence records, and support routine patching, antivirus and device-health checks.
- Provide first-line guidance on approved AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, in line with company security and confidentiality requirements.
- Proactively identify recurring issues and practical improvements to make technology easier and more reliable for users.
- Assist with office IT setup, equipment procurement, technology rollouts and vendor coordination.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, IT operations or systems administration.
- Robust knowledge of Windows, laptop and hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and common office technology.
- Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers, meeting-room AV and endpoint-security practices.
- Good communication, organisation and customer-service skills, with the ability to support technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritise requests, work independently and collaborate with a global IT team.
- Exposure to Autodesk, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud or other design applications is an advantage.
