Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, data security, and day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage computers, servers, networks, internet, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and data security.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Maintain regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor antivirus, firewall, email security, and system updates.
- Ensure employees follow IT security policies and procedures.




- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Respond to and manage IT security incidents and data breaches.
- Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and asset records.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT administration/management.
- Strong knowledge of Networking, Windows, Hardware, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup & Data Protection.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of data security and access control.
- Ability to manage IT operations independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
