Job Purpose To lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, and support functions, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across MSI and group entities, while driving IT process improvements and vendor/team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day IT operations including network, servers, hardware, and software support across all locations.
- Manage escalations (L1–L3) and act as the final point of technical resolution for critical issues.
- Plan, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure — servers, backups, network security, and data storage.
- Oversee IT asset management: procurement, allocation, maintenance, and lifecycle tracking of hardware/software.
- Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance with organizational and regulatory IT policies (relevant for a CRO environment).
- Coordinate with external vendors, ISPs, and service providers for AMC, licensing, and support contracts.
- Support onboarding/offboarding of employees from an IT standpoint (system setup, access provisioning, deactivation).
- Maintain IT documentation — SOPs, asset registers, incident logs,



and system configurations.
- Drive automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Guide and mentor junior IT staff / support executives.
- Ensure timely IT support during audits, inspections, and clinical trial data system requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (B.Tech/BCA/MCA preferred).
- 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 2 years in a lead/senior support role.
- Experience in a CRO, pharma, or healthcare IT environment is an advantage.

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of network administration, server management, and IT security practices.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server environments, Active Directory, and backup systems.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements are applicable to clinical research data.
- Strong problem-solving, vendor management, and team-leadership skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with non-technical stakeholders across departments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
