We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network, systems, cybersecurity, hardware, software, and IT support. The person will ensure smooth and secure IT operations across the manufacturing plant and office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete IT infrastructure of the plant and corporate office.
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Maintain servers, storage, backup systems, and IT hardware.
- Manage Windows/Linux servers and user access.
- Ensure cybersecurity, antivirus, firewall, and data protection.
- Manage Fortinet/Sophos firewall and network security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues.
- Manage CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, printers, and other IT devices.
- Provide IT support to employees and resolve technical issues on time.
- Manage IT vendors, AMC, software licenses,



and service providers.
- Implement regular data backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure IT security policies and access controls are properly followed.
- Support ERP, SAP, HRMS, production, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand and fulfil IT requirements.
- Maintain IT inventory, documentation, asset records, and software licenses.
- Lead and guide the IT support team.
- Plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades and recent projects.
- Ensure minimum downtime of IT systems and network services.
- Prepare IT reports, budgets, and MIS for management.
