Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the technology infrastructure and IT operations of a multi-speciality hospital in Ankleshwar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the hospital's IT strategy, ensuring reliable IT infrastructure, managing systems and networks, and supporting technology solutions that enable efficient hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organisation's IT strategy in alignment with business and hospital objectives.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure.
- Coordinate software upgrades, security patches, system integrations, and technology implementations.
- Oversee servers, storage systems, networking infrastructure, internet connectivity, cloud services, and data-centre operations.
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of critical IT systems.
- Monitor network and system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
- Establish and maintain IT security, backup, disaster recovery, and data protection practices.




- Ensure IT systems comply with relevant organisational policies and healthcare requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team.
- Provide technical support and guidance to hospital departments and management.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that can improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain IT documentation, asset records, licences, and system configurations.

Requirements
- BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification in Information Technology / Computer Science.
- 6–9 years of relevant IT experience, with strong experience in IT infrastructure and management.
- Experience managing servers, networking, storage, cloud services, and internet infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, network management, cybersecurity, and IT support.
- Experience with software upgrades, patches, integrations, and vendor management.
- Strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Hospital/Healthcare IT experience will be an advantage.
