Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined IT Intern to support our day-to-day IT operations, software development, database management, reporting, and internal systems. The candidate should have a good understanding of programming, web technologies, SQL, and Advanced Excel, with a willingness to learn and work on live business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the development, testing, debugging, and maintenance of internal applications and web-based systems.

- Work with programming and web technologies including Java, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and CSS.
- Write, execute, and troubleshoot SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, validation, and database management.
- Work with Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, conditional formatting, charts, data validation, and data analysis.
- Assist in data cleaning, reconciliation, and preparation of MIS reports.
- Support the development and maintenance of internal dashboards and automated reports.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual processes using Excel, SQL, scripts, or other suitable tools.
- Assist in maintaining and updating company websites, internal portals, and business applications.
- Perform software testing and quality checks before deployment of new features or system updates.
- Troubleshoot basic software, system, network, printer, and user-level IT issues.




- Provide basic technical support to employees for system and application-related problems.
- Assist with database maintenance, data backup, access control, and data accuracy checks.
- Coordinate with users to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions or system improvements.
- Maintain proper technical documentation, including system changes, database structures, processes, and user instructions.
- Assist in monitoring existing IT systems and reporting bugs, errors, performance issues, or security concerns.
- Follow company standards for data security, confidentiality, access management, and IT best practices.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and automation opportunities that can improve business efficiency.
- Support the IT team in ongoing software implementation, system upgrades, and digital transformation projects.

Technical Skills Required

Programming & Web Development

- Basic understanding of Java
- JavaScript
- PHP
- HTML5
- CSS3

Database & Data Management

- Good knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of relational databases
- Ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queries
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server will be an advantage

Excel & Reporting





- Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts
- XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
- INDEX & MATCH
- IF / IFS / SUMIFS / COUNTIFS
- Data Validation and Conditional Formatting
- Data cleaning and reconciliation
- Basic dashboard and MIS preparation

Additional Skills Preferred

* Basic understanding of Git/GitHub or version control

- Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and networking
- Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
- Knowledge of software testing and debugging
- Exposure to AI tools and workflow automation will be an added advantage

What the Intern Will Gain

The internship will provide an prospect to work on live projects and understand how technology is used to improve day-to-day business operations. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
