We are looking for a skilled and dependable IT Infrastructure & Systems Manager to manage, maintain, and coordinate the organization’s overall IT setting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud services, applications, security, backups, and associated digital platforms remain reliable, secure, properly documented, and operational.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, computers, networking equipment, cloud services, and related systems.
2. Administer physical/virtual servers and VPS environments, including routine monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
3. Manage and monitor databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar systems, including backups and restoration.
4. Manage organizational websites, domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, hosting environments, and related configurations.
5. Administer and coordinate CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, or similar systems.
6. Administer official email systems and Zoho Workplace, including user accounts, aliases, groups, permissions, and security configurations.
7. Manage cloud storage, software subscriptions, licenses, user access, and renewals.
8. Support the administration and deployment of organizational web and mobile applications and coordinate with developers for production-related issues.
9. Maintain and coordinate APIs and third-party integrations, including access credentials and dependencies.
10. Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPNs, firewalls, IP configurations, and other networking infrastructure.
11. Maintain appropriate IT security practices, including MFA, access control, endpoint security, administrator accounts, and basic cybersecurity controls.
12. Develop and maintain backup and disaster-recovery practices for critical servers, databases, websites,



applications, and organizational data.
13. Periodically verify backups and coordinate restoration testing.
14. Manage and monitor CCTV, NVR/DVR, storage, cameras, and associated physical IT systems.
15. Coordinate with IT vendors, developers, hosting providers, ISPs, CCTV vendors, and other technology partners.
16. Provide and coordinate day-to-day IT support for employees, including hardware, software, email, accounts, printers, and connectivity issues.
17. Manage IT procurement requirements and maintain records of hardware, software, warranties, AMCs, licenses, and asset allocation.
18. Maintain comprehensive documentation of servers, networks, domains, hosting, databases, applications, APIs, accounts, backups, IT assets, vendors, and access permissions.
19. Manage IT requirements for employee onboarding and offboarding, including timely creation and removal of system access.
20. Monitor system health, identify recurring problems, and recommend infrastructure, security, or operational improvements.
21. Maintain proper incident, maintenance, access-control, and IT asset records.
22. Undertake approximately 4 field visits per month to Talwara, Punjab, for IT setup, support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and coordination.

The role requires a hands-on IT professional who can independently handle routine infrastructure and systems issues while effectively coordinating with external developers, vendors, and specialists whenever specialized technical work is required. This is primarily an IT infrastructure and systems management position and not a dedicated software-development role.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- IT support: 2 years (Preferred)
