Job Summary: Head of IT (Real Estate) The Head of IT in a real estate firm bridges corporate technology architecture with PropTech (Property Technology) ecosystems. This leader is responsible for digital transformation across property development, construction management, asset operations, and commercial leasing.

Core Responsibilities

- PropTech Strategy: Build a unified tech roadmap spanning development, leasing, and facility management.
- Real Estate ERPs: Manage and optimize core industry platforms like Yardi, MRI Software, or RealPage.
- Smart Buildings / IoT: Lead integrations for building automation, smart access systems, and IoT networks.
- Data Analytics:



Deploy unified BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for occupancy tracking, construction costs, and fund metrics.
- Cybersecurity: Protect multi-site networks, corporate financials, tenant portals, and sensitive customer data.

Key Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years in IT leadership, with a robust preference for Real Estate or Construction sectors.
- Expertise: Proven experience handling real estate software rollouts, Cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and vendor contracts

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
