Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, networking, and peripheral-related issues.

- Handle hardware installation, upgrades, replacement, and preventive maintenance.

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and basic software issues.

- Maintain records of IT assets, hardware inventory, and equipment allocation.

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity issues.

- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, purchases, and warranty support.

- Ensure proper backup, security, and functioning of IT systems.

- Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other office IT equipment when required.





Required Skills

- Good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, and switches.

- Knowledge of Windows OS and common office applications.

- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and provide timely technical support.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
