Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and strategic IT head to lead the organization’s information technology function. The role will be responsible for IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, digital transformation, IT operations, vendor management, and ensuring reliable and secure technology services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization’s IT strategy and technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Lead day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user support.

- Ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and security of IT systems.

- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, standards, and controls.

- Manage cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

- Oversee implementation, integration, and maintenance of ERP, CRM, HRMS, business applications, and other enterprise systems.

- Drive digital transformation, automation, and technology modernization initiatives.

- Manage IT budgets, technology investments, licensing, and cost optimization.

- Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.

- Lead and mentor the IT team, defining responsibilities, objectives, and performance expectations.

- Monitor IT service levels and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents and user issues.

- Establish appropriate IT governance, risk management, compliance, and audit mechanisms.

- Ensure regular testing and effectiveness of backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity measures.





- Work closely with senior management and business departments to identify technology requirements and provide effective solutions.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and business competitiveness.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Master’s degree/MBA in IT or related discipline is an advantage.

- Typically 10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in a leadership or managerial position.

- Strong experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and IT operations.

- Experience managing IT teams, budgets, vendors, and large-scale technology projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
