We are looking for an IT Global Support Administrator to support the Global IT Service Team in day-to-day IT service management, reporting, coordination, and administrative activities.

The role will primarily involve managing and monitoring activities through the EasyVista ITSM tool , supporting basic SAP administration tasks , preparing and maintaining reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI , and coordinating with internal IT teams and business stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of IT service management processes , robust analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a global support environment

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor incidents, service requests, and IT tickets using the EasyVista ITSM tool.
- Ensure timely ticket updates, follow-ups, escalations, and closure in line with SLA requirements.




- Support basic SAP administration and coordinate SAP-related requests with relevant teams.
- Prepare and maintain IT reports and trackers using Advanced Excel .
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for IT service performance and KPIs.
- Analyze IT service data and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Coordinate with global IT teams, business users, and external vendors for issue resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain IT documentation, records, and operational trackers.
- Assist the Corporate IT Manager and Global Service Team with IT coordination and administrative activities.
- Support continuous improvement of IT service management processes and reporting .
