Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Field Engineer to support our on-site IT operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and system setup, and will be responsible for delivering reliable technical support at defence PSU client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot hardware and networking issues
- Perform crimping, punching, and cable management tasks
- Install operating systems and configure Wi-Fi routers
- Set up and configure email clients, including Outlook
- Install and maintain hardware such as printers, CCTV systems, and network devices
- Provide field support for IT infrastructure and client service calls

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT industry
- Working knowledge of hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and printer installation




- Familiarity with email and Outlook configuration
- Valuable communication skills and ability to manage tasks independently
- Need to stay within 1 Hour 15 mins of travel time from Mejor Office @ BBD Bagh
- Willingness to travel for field assignments to Mumbai, Goa etc on company expense
