1. IT Support & Troubleshooting

 Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, networking,

and system-related issues.

 Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.

 Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems and software applications.

 Maintain IT equipment and ensure timely preventive maintenance.

 Provide basic technical support for CCTV, biometric attendance systems, access-

control systems, video conferencing, and other technology-enabled systems.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

 Robust troubleshooting and problem diagnosis and solving skills.

 Proficiency in collaboration tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft

Teams.

 Maintain confidentiality and security of patient and organizational data.

2. Network & Internet Management

 Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and internet connectivity.

 Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.

 Support secure and reliable connectivity across the hospital, satellite hospitals, and vision centres.

 Assist in managing user access, Wi-Fi access,



and network security.

3.Hospital Software & Applications

 Provide technical support for hospital applications, ERP/HIMS, billing, registration,

and other software systems.

 Coordinate with software vendors/developers for issue resolution and system upgrades.

 Support integration and data exchange between different hospital applications.

 Assist users with software-related queries and provide basic training where required.

4. Required Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Computer Applications, or a related field.

 Relevant IT certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or equivalent will be an advantage.

5. Experience

 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, networking, system administration,

or a similar role.

 Experience in a hospital/healthcare environment will be preferred.

 Candidates with experience in hospital ERP/HIMS and healthcare IT systems will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
