Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across our office, warehouse, and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, Windows OS, and applications.

Manage Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and access control.

Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and Internet connectivity.

Support printers, CCTV, scanners, network equipment, and other IT peripherals.

Handle network cabling, rack setup, punching, crimping, and basic infrastructure maintenance.

Perform server maintenance, updates, patching, backups, and security checks.

Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.

Coordinate with vendors and provide in office IT support at outlets when required.

Requirements

Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

1–4 years of experience in IT Support/IT Operations.

Good knowledge of Windows, hardware, networking, Active Directory, and MS Office.





Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Willingness to travel to company outlets across Mumbai, Pune, and Thane as required.
