1.Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure across corporate offices, plants, and project sites.

2.Leading ERP implementation, configuration, testing, user training and post-implementation support.

3.Manage integration between ERP, CRM, HRMS, payroll, project management, and third-party systems.

- Managing IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, servers, printers, networking, internet, Wi-Fi and other IT equipment.
- Establishing and supporting IT infrastructure at project sites, including LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, CCTV, biometric attendance and communication systems.
- Managing ERP users, access rights, roles and permissions.
- Coordinating with ERP vendors/implementation partners for customization, integration, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Supporting digitalization of HR, attendance, payroll, procurement, inventory, project and billing processes.

9.Lead the implementation, administration, enhancement, and support of ERP and business applications.
