Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and peripheral-related issues.

- Manage hardware inventory, asset records, and allocation of IT equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks of IT systems.

- Install and configure Windows OS, drivers, software, and security updates.

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic network connectivity issues.

- Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.

- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, warranty claims, and procurement.

- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, repairs, replacements, and service records.

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT tickets within defined timelines.

- Ensure data backup and basic cybersecurity practices are followed.

- Assist in setting up computers, networking, printers, and other IT equipment for current employees and offices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
