We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with IT vendors and application support teams. The candidate will also assist in maintaining business applications, user access, IT assets, and system-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, network, printer, and system-related issues.

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Manage user IDs, access permissions, password resets, and employee onboarding/offboarding.

- Monitor and support company applications such as Sales, Collection, Attendance, FI, and other business applications.

- Coordinate with software vendors/development teams for bug fixing, application issues, and feature requirements.

- Track and maintain IT assets, inventory, licenses, and equipment records.

- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet,



VPN, and basic networking issues.

- Assist in maintaining data security, system backups, antivirus, and access controls.

- Prepare and maintain IT SOPs, documentation, issue logs, and reports.

- Monitor and follow up on reported IT issues until proper resolution.

- Coordinate with different departments to understand and resolve their IT requirements.

- Support implementation, testing, and deployment of new software, applications, and IT solutions.

- Ensure timely closure of inactive employee/user IDs in coordination with HR and concerned departments.

- Provide IT support during branch visits or whenever required.

- Perform any other IT-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹10,693.49 - ₹25,000.00 per month
